Kep Cottage

Wath has been in the tourism for 18 years. The passion started at his first job in a hotel in Siem Reap during his high school where he was there for 3 to 4 years holding many roles while there mainly Front Office. Through meeting the guests and sharing about the rich culture of Cambodia, he knew he had a passion to share the culture and guide tourists around his home of Siem Reap. In 2011 he became a certified Tour Guide in Cambodia and later started his own Travel Company, To Asia Travel Co, LTD.

In his 18 years in the tourism industry, Wath has guided more than 1,100 groups in Siem Reap and across Cambodia. Tours include Angkor Wat, cycling, hiking, treking adventures , finding the best food across Cambodia, unique conference experiences, educational tours and once in a life time private event experiences.

Wath's interest and passion for Kep started long before starting this Cottage. 15 years ago, while leading a cycling group from Vietnam through Kep, Wath fell in love with the area and it stuck with him through out the years, via dreams of owning his own hotel.

Wath was the first person in is family to complete high school and go to university. His curiosity in culture and language drove him to learn English and German.
